個人情報保護方針
laboratory株式会社(以下「当社」といいます。)は、当社が運営する「AGILE COSMETICS PROJECT」にて提供するサービス(以下「本サービス」といいます。)における、個人情報を含むお客様(お客様、お取引及びお問い合わせをいただく法人または個人の方等を含み、以下「お客様」といいます。)に関する情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシー・ポリシー(以下「本ポリシー」といいます。)を定めます。
1.関係法令・ガイドラインの遵守等

当社は、個人情報保護法その他の関係法令、「個人情報の保護に関する法律についてのガイドライン」その他のガイドラインおよび本ポリシーを遵守して、本サービスを提供します。

当社が、本サービスに関する利用規約等においてお客様の情報の取扱いについて規定する場合、当該規定も適用されるものとし、当該規定が本ポリシーと抵触する場合には、本ポリシーが優先されるものとします。
2.収集するお客様情報及び収集方法

本ポリシーにおいて、「お客様情報」とは、個人情報(個人情報保護法第2条第1項により定義されたものをいいます。以下同じとします。)を含む、お客様が本サービスを通じて提供した一切の情報、その他お客様のスマートフォン、PC等の端末においてお客様またはお客様の端末に関連して生成または蓄積された情報であって、本ポリシーに基づき当社が収集するものを意味するものとします。

当社は、本サービスにおいて、以下の情報を収集します。

  • その他、お客様が本サービス上でまたは本サービスに関連して、当社の要請に応じて当社に提供する情報

  • ログ情報、行動履歴及びサービス利用状況に関する情報
  • Cookie及び匿名ID

お客様が本サービスの利用において、他のサービスと連携を許可することにより、当該他のサービスからご提供いただく情報 お客様が、本サービスを利用するにあたり、ソーシャルネットワークサービス等の外部サービスとの連携を許可した場合には、その許可の際にご同意いただいた内容に基づき、以下の情報を当該外部サービスから収集します。
  • 当該外部サービスでお客様が利用するID
  • その他当該外部サービスのプライバシー設定によりお客様が連携先に開示を認めた情報

当社は、お客様情報を、偽りその他の不正な手段によらず、適正な手段により取得するものとします。当社が適正な手段に基づきお客様情報を取得した場合には、当社が本ポリシーに従ってお客様情報を利用することをお客様が許諾したものとします。

当社は、上記(1)の利用目的の達成に必要な範囲を超えて、お客様情報を取り扱うことはいたしません。但し、お客様からあらかじめ同意を得ていた場合又は次の各号に掲げる場合は、この限りではありません。

当社は、お客様情報のうち個人情報について、以下の場合を除き第三者に提供しません。

5.個人データの共同利用
当社は、お客様への充実したサービスの提供・ご案内のため、法令及び以下の定めに従って、当社グループ各社が保有する個人データの共同利用を行います。

6.安全管理に関する措置
1.
当社は、利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内において、個人データを正確かつ最新の内容に保つよう努めるものとします

当社は、その取り扱う個人データにつき、漏洩、滅失又は毀損を防止し、その他個人データの安全管理のために必要かつ適切な措置を講じるものとします

当社は、その従業者に個人データを取り扱わせる場合には、当該個人データの安全管理が図られるよう、当該従業者に対する必要かつ適切な監督を行うものとします

当社は、業務を円滑に進め、お客様により良いサービスを提供するため、お客様から取得した個人データの全部又は一部の取扱いを第三者に委託することがあります。この場合、当社は、当該委託先との間で本ポリシーに準じる内容の秘密保持契約等をあらかじめ締結するとともに、当該委託先において情報の適切な安全管理が図られるよう、必要かつ適切な監督を行います。委託先は、委託業務を遂行するために必要な範囲で個人データを利用しますが、それ以外の目的で利用することはありません。

当社は、外国にある業務委託先に個人データを取り扱わせる場合、外国にある従業員に個人データを取り扱わせる場合、外国にある第三者のクラウドサービスを利用する場合、または外国に設置されたサーバに個人データを保存する場合があります。当社は当該外国における個人情報保護制度を把握し、個人データの安全管理のために必要かつ適切な措置を実施します。
7.Google Analyticsの利用
当社は、本サービスの利用状況及び、ターゲティング広告の配信及び広告効果等の統計分析をするために、Google 社の提供するサービスであるGoogle Analyticsを利用しています。当社のサイトでGoogle Analyticsを利用すると、当社が発行するCookieをもとにして、Google 社がお客様の本サービスの利用状況及びターゲティング広告への訪問履歴を収集、記録、分析します。当社は、Google 社からその分析結果を受け取り、お客様の当社サイトの訪問状況を把握します。Google Analyticsは、個人を特定する情報を含むことなくお客様情報を収集します。それらの情報は、Google社の定めるプライバシー・ポリシーその他の規定に基づき管理されます。

8.保有個人データの開示
1.
当社は、お客様から、個人情報保護法の定めに基づき保有個人データまたは個人情報の第三者提供に関する記録の開示を求められたときは、お客様ご本人からのご請求であることを確認の上で、お客様に対し、遅滞なく開示を行います(当該個人情報が存在しないときは、その旨を通知いたします。)。ただし、個人情報保護法その他の法令により、当社が開示の義務を負わない場合は、この限りではありません。

上記個人情報の開示をご請求されるお客様は、当社所定の個人情報開示請求書及び次に掲げる本人確認書類をご提出いただくとともに、手数料として、1件あたり1000円(税抜)をお支払いいただきます。

9.保有個人データの訂正等
1.
当社は、お客様から、保有個人データが事実でないという理由によって、個人情報保護法の定めに基づきその内容の訂正、追加又は削除(以下「訂正等」といいます)を求められた場合には、お客様ご本人からのご請求であることを確認の上で、利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内において、遅滞なく必要な調査を行い、その結果に基づき、保有個人データの内容の訂正等を行い、その旨をお客様に通知します(訂正等を行わない旨の決定をしたときは、お客様に対し、遅滞なくその旨を通知します。)。但し、個人情報保護法その他の法令により、当社が訂正等の義務を負わない場合は、この限りではありません。
2.
保有個人データの訂正等を請求されるお客様は、当社所定の個人情報訂正等請求書及び第8項2に掲げる本人確認書類をご提出いただきます。なお、保有個人データの訂正等の請求については手数料をいただきません。
10.保有個人データの利用停止等
1.
当社は、お客様から、保有個人データが、あらかじめ公表された利用目的の範囲を超えて取り扱われているという理由又は偽りその他不正の手段により取得されたものであるという理由によって、個人情報保護法の定めに基づきその利用の停止又は消去(以下この条において「利用停止等」といいます。)を求められた場合において、そのご請求に理由があることが判明したときは、お客様ご本人からのご請求であることを確認の上で、遅滞なく保有個人データの利用停止等を行い、その旨をお客様に通知いたします(利用停止等を行わない旨の決定をしたときは、お客様に対し、遅滞なくその旨を通知いたします。)。但し、個人情報保護法その他の法令により、当社が利用停止等の義務を負わない場合は、この限りではありません。
2.
保有個人データの利用停止等を請求されるお客様は、当社所定の個人情報利用停止等請求書及び第8項2に掲げる本人確認書類をご提出いただきます。なお、保有個人データの利用停止等の請求については手数料をいただきません。
11.Cookie (クッキー)その他の技術の利用
当社は、当社のサービス向上に資する目的で、お客様のコンピュータの記憶装置にCookie と呼ばれるテキストファイルを送付し、保存• 利用させて頂き、又はこれに類する技術を利用することがあります。お客様は、ウェブブラウザーの設定を変更することにより、Cookieを無効化することができますが、Cookieを無効化すると、当社のサービスの全部又は一部の機能をご利用いただけなくなることがあります。

13.本ポリシーの変更
当社は、個人情報の取扱いに関する運用状況を適宜見直し、継続的な改善に努めるものとし、必要に応じて、本ポリシーを変更することがあります。変更した場合には、当社ウェブサイトへの掲示等によりお客様に通知いたします。ただし、法令上お客様の同意が必要となるような内容の変更の場合は、当社所定の方法でお客様の同意を得るものとします。

Privacy policy
laboratory Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company") is a service provided by "AGILE COSMETICS PROJECT" operated by our company (hereinafter referred to as "this service"). Regarding the handling of information about customers(Customers, including corporations or individuals who conduct transactions or inquiries, are hereinafter referred to as "Customers") including personal information, we have established the following privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as "this policy").

The Company will not handle customer information beyond the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use described in 1 above. However, this does not apply in cases where we have obtained the prior consent of the customer or in the following cases.

When based on the laws and regulations;

When it is necessary to protect the life, body, or property of an individual and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual;
(3)
When it is particularly necessary to improve public health or promote the sound growth of children, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual;or
(4)
When it is necessary to cooperate with a national agency, a local government, or a person or organization entrusted by either of the foregoing in executing affairs prescribed by laws and regulations, obtaining the consent of the individual is likely to impede the execution of such affairs.
4.Provision of Personal Data to Third Parties
We will not provide your personal information to third parties (excluding consignees) except in the following cases.

When it is necessary to protect the life, body, or property of an individual and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual;

When it is necessary to cooperate with a national agency, a local government, or a person or organization entrusted by either of the foregoing in executing affairs prescribed by laws and regulations, and obtaining the consent of the individual is likely to impede the execution of such affairs;or
(6)
When personal information is provided in connection with the succession of a business due to a merger or other reasons.

In order to provide enhanced services to our customers, we will share the personal data we hold in accordance with laws and regulations and the following provisions.

6.Measures for Safety Management

The Company shall endeavor to keep personal information accurate and up-to-date to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use.

The Company shall take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal information handled by the Company and to otherwise safely manage personal information.
3.
In cases where the Company has its employees handle personal information, the Company shall exercise necessary and appropriate supervision over such employees to ensure the safe management of such personal information.
4.
The Company may entrust the handling of all or part of the personal information obtained from customers to a third party. In such a case, the Company will enter into a confidentiality agreement with the third party in advance, which is equivalent to this policy, and will supervise the third party in a necessary and appropriate manner to ensure appropriate security management of the information.
5.
The Company may have its subcontractors in a foreign country handle personal data, have its employees in a foreign country handle personal data, use the cloud services of a third party in a foreign country, or store personal data on a server located in a foreign country. The Company will understand the personal information protection system in the relevant foreign country and implement necessary and appropriate measures for the safe management of personal data.

The Company uses Google Analytics, a service provided by Google, Inc. for statistical analysis of the use of the Service, delivery of targeted advertising, and advertising effectiveness. When you use Google Analytics on the Company's website, Google will collect, record and analyze your use of the Service and your visits to targeted advertisements based on the cookie issued by the Company. Google Analytics collects information about you without including any personally identifiable information. 8.Disclosure of retained personal data
1.
When a customer requests disclosure of retained personal data or records of provision of personal information to a third party in accordance with the provisions of the Law, we will disclose the information to the customer without delay after confirming that the request is made by the customer (if the personal information in question does not exist, we will notify the customer to that effect). However, this does not apply in cases where we are not obligated to disclose the information under the Law or other laws and regulations.

Customers who wish to request the disclosure of the above personal information will be required to submit the prescribed Personal Information Disclosure Request Form and the following identification documents, and pay a handling fee of 1,000 yen (excluding tax) per request.

9.Correction, etc. of retained personal data

In the event that a customer requests the correction, addition, or deletion of retained personal data (hereinafter referred to as "correction, etc.") based on the provisions of the Law for the reason that the retained personal data is not true, the Company shall, upon confirming that the request is made by the customer himself/herself, make the necessary investigation without delay to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use. (If we decide not to make the correction, etc., we will notify the customer to that effect without delay.)However, this does not apply in cases where we are not obligated to make the correction, etc. under the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations.

Customers who wish to make a request for correction, etc. of retained personal data in our possession are required to submit the prescribed request form for correction, etc. of personal information and the identity verification documents listed in Section 8.2. Please note that we do not charge a fee for requests for correction, etc. of retained personal data.
10.Suspension of Use, etc. of Retained Personal Data
1.
We will not use retained personal data for any purpose other than the purpose for which it was disclosed in advance, or because it was obtained through deception or other wrongful means, unless the customer requests us to suspend the use or delete the information (hereinafter in this article referred to as "suspension of use, etc.") in accordance with the provisions of the Law. In the case of a request for the cessation of use or deletion of retained personal data (hereinafter referred to as "cessation of use, etc." in this article) based on the provisions of the Law, on the grounds that the information was acquired by deception or other wrongful means, and if it is found that there is a reason for the request, the Company will cessation the use of the personal information without delay after confirming that the request is made by the customer himself/herself, and notify the customer to that effect.(If the Company decides not to suspend use, etc., the customer will be notified of the effect without delay.)However, this does not apply in cases where the Company is not obligated to suspend use, etc. under the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations.

Customers requesting the cessation of use, etc. of personal data in our possession will be required to submit the prescribed request form for cessation of use, etc. of personal information and the identity verification documents listed in Section 8.2. Please note that we do not charge a fee for requests to suspend the use of retained personal data.
11.Use of cookies and other technologies
The Company may send a text file called a cookie to your computer's memory, store it, use it, or use similar technology to help the Company improve its services. You can disable cookies by changing the settings on your web browser, but if you do so, you may not be able to use all or some of the features of our services.

13.Amendments to the Policy
The Company will review the operation of the handling of personal information as appropriate and strive for continuous improvement, and may amend the Policy as necessary. In the event of any amendments, we will notify the customer by posting a notice on our website. However, in the case of an amendment in content that requires the consent of the customer under the law, the Company shall obtain the consent of the customer in the manner prescribed by the Company.

If there is a discrepancy between the Japanese and English versions of the Policy, the Japanese version shall take effect.
